Live Show Policies You are guaranteed that the messenger will arrive  anywhere within the scheduled arrival  window. If for some reason the performer arrives  outside of the arrival window, you do have the  option to turn him or her away at a full refund.  If the performer is turned away within the  arrival window (i.e., the recipient refuses or is  not there, or another person prevents him or her from performing), you are still responsible for the entire cost of delivery. Should this occur,  the messenger is instructed to wait a maximum of  15 minutes before moving on to another show. We can accept cancellation up to 24 hours prior  to the scheduled performance time. Beyond that  point, the best that we can offer is a postponement or credit on a future telegram. All changes must be made during our office hours and  before the performer is already en route to your show.  Should the need arise, we will contact only you to ensure that the performance will be a complete surprise by performance time!  Any information we take will be kept private and confidential. We do not sell your information. Lawn Decoration Policies We can accept cancellation up to 24 hours prior  to the scheduled delivery time. Beyond that point, the best we can offer is a postponement or  credit on future delivery. All changes must be  made during our office hours. Delivery will occur in the  early morning, no earlier than 12 a.m. and no later than 6 a.m. Decorations will be taken down  that evening no earlier than 6 p.m.  Refusal of the setup for any reason will result  in your having to pay for the entire cost of delivery. Please be sure it will be okay for us  to do this before requesting service. We do our best to make sure that the setup looks  great and is a complete surprise; however, we  cannot take responsibility for outside forces affecting appearance or if we are seen by the recipient.
