Live Show Policies

You are guaranteed that the messenger will arrive  anywhere within the scheduled arrival  window. If for some reason the performer arrives  outside of the arrival window, you do have the  option to turn him or her away at a full refund. 

If the performer is turned away within the  arrival window (i.e., the recipient refuses or is  not there, or another person prevents him or her from performing), you are still responsible for the entire cost of delivery. Should this occur,  the messenger is instructed to wait a maximum of  15 minutes before moving on to another show.

We can accept cancellation up to 24 hours prior  to the scheduled performance time. Postponements are accepted as late as two hours before the show. 

Should the need arise, we will contact only you to ensure that the performance will be a complete surprise by performance time!  Any information we take will be kept private and confidential. We do not sell your information.
