He is a Groucho  Marx-type character who uses classic, burlesque-style humor. To prove they're really ill,  he'll reveal a pair of wacky, polka-dot boxer shorts and ask if they sees spots before their eyes. Over-the-hill jokes, one-liners  and puns abound, all all with a "grave" sense of humor. If that costume is too scary, this act can also be performed as Mortimer Misery the Smiling Mortician, dressed in a black outfit, top hat and  dark glasses.
